Historical Tidbit
During the filming of scenes for the movie "Shout at the Devil" in the early 1970s, lead actor Roger Moore desperately needed to use the toilet while on set, but the portable toilets that were provided on the beach did not accommodate for a number two.
Roger Moore decided to walk up to the now-known Seacastle, which was a private estate at the time, and requested with the then owners, who were throwing a party, to use one of the bathrooms. The owners avidly agreed and directed him to the downstairs bathroom.
Once Moore was finished with his business, he stayed for a while at the party and shared a drink with the owners before making his way back to the film set.
